Buying property in Spain

Either you live in our “Residencial Monte-Pedrera” during the whole time at a special rate, or we book you into one of our partnering hotels in Dénia, Moraira, Javéa as well as Calpe at a special rate.
The Pedreramar service team welcomes you at the airport and brings you to your hotel.
We are also happy to book you a car at special rates, e.g. 7 days (fully comprehensive insurance) from 75€; as of October 2010 – Subject to change.
We will bring you to very exclusive properties and land plots in highly demanded areas such as Moraira, Javéa, Altéa, Dénia, Pego and other beautiful regions.
You will get to know the infrastructure and the easy-going life in this region.
When you like one of the properties you have the chance secure the pre-emption right by getting an option-contract. That contract will later on be confirmed with a notarized land register contract.
You will get to experience our high standards in building houses when visiting already existing properties. Our architects will talk through your villa, of course in English.

After you received all the plans and calculations you take your time to decide about your new living paradise.
When you made up your mind and we signed the contracts, the blue prints will be given to the town hall. The construction will take around 6-8 months. The supervision of the project will be done by our construction manager and our architects. We guarantee you a quality controlled handing over after the having finished within the above mentioned time.
Our architects will be in constant touch with you during the whole construction time. You will be updated weekly by using our on-line data service where we upload pictures and reports.
After the acceptance by the architect we apply for the habitability certification
